I believe the two you saw at Lockport were GP38-2's 4909 and 4932. They've been working back and forth out of Glenn Yard for about the last month. It's been nice having all the GTW's in the area.

Nick, you could be correct. I was driving and they were crossing the bridge by Rt.83 and Rt. 171 so didn't get a great look.
