It's the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania, and the NKP did go through Pennsylvania...

Actually the Nickel Plate did go through the NW part of Pennsylvania on its way to Buffalo. I also thought it looked out of place in Strasburg and I am glad they are sending her home.
