Aha! Found location on Google Street View. That building with round corner still stands and would make an interesting little model. This view is interesting for the black/grey color of the rail compared to usual reddish, brownish, maroonish, rusty hues.

Very nice image. Railrading was so different back then. The dark colors of the rail rather than reddish brown could be because the rails are wet. It looks like it had been raining. Reminds me of the way things looked where I grew up near Tacoma, WA where it rained a lot.
