Does the Altoona shops allow photographers on a daily basis?

John - This photo was taken from outside of a wrought iron fence on N 6th Street in east Altoona (which is actually Juniata). The fence spindles are wide enough to get your lens though so that you can photograph the Altoona Shops. This is an excellent railfan location and I recommend it if you visit the Altoona area. There is also a turn table in the foreground (not shown).
