What is the main building complex in the middle?

That is City Brewery's Memphis Plant which produces 60 million cases a year. However it was built by Schlitz Brewing Company, sold to Stroh's and later Coors. Then, it was sold to Chism Hardy Enterprises in 2006 before ending up with City Brewery.
