Nice catch Elijah! This could be set back in the 1970's as the Amtrak Heritage 1 paint scheme unit leads "The Chief"! Although, the modern GE P42DC and the rest of the passenger equipment does indicate that it is modern day 21st Century...although the classic Santa Fe semaphore do tend to add that "throwback" look and feel! Nicely done!

Your detail reveals that the 'blades' could use some paint...but then, that would bring them into the 21st Century. :)
