Any news on preservation? Any chance of it?

Dug around online and found this Metrolink info. More than likely it follows its siblings: Fleet Numbers: 851–873 Qty: 23 Year(s) Built: 1992–1993 Make & Model: EMD F59PH Notes: 5 F59PH were rebuilt by MPI with an E-bell, upgraded cooling system, and an upgraded 12-710G3Eco Tier 2 engine and designated F59PHR. 855 was involved in the 2008 Chatsworth train wreck and was retired and scrapped. 865 caught fire on June 5, 2014 and on March 11, 2016, and was withdrawn as a result but returned to service after a long refurbishment in March 2017 as an F59PHR. 853, 866, and 867 have been retired. The locomotives are awaiting scrapping.

@John - None that I've heard of, unfortunately. I think the Orange Empire Railroad Museum has expressed interest in acquiring one, but I'm not sure if any discussions have followed that nod.
