When your photo is compared to Mitch Goldman's photo from 5-26-18 (RP photo 660866), the appearance of the 757 in your photo looks like the smoke box received some work. The bell and smoke box were painted, the number boards repaired, and the headlight mounting hardware changed (the Mars headlight mounting bracket removed and the regular headlight was installed). Sure wish the 757 was receiving a full restoration - a 757 and 765 steam reunion would be a sight to see.
