Only on NS are you for sure to find outside power. Seams like they use more lease power like I don't know what.

I recently recall seeing a photo of an ex CSX AC6000CW patched out for a lease company. Just as surprised to see this. Wonder what flaws CSX sees in these units when they were rampant across the system not long ago..
