I love how the second unit and the baggage car have a uniform phase 3b appearance to them. Hopefully, one day soon we will see all of Amtrak's equipment returned to this new revitalization of Phase 3.

Joshua, there's no such thing as Phase IIIb. The trailing unit and baggage car wear Phase III, in a rather traditional form. The as-delivered Phase III livery on the P40/P42s was quite a departure from traditional Phase III using different colors and patterns, but Amtrak doesn't delineate versions with letters. There aren't enough letters in the alphabet to cover all the variations of a livery from one piece of equipment to the next.
