this locomotive is EMD GP38-2 ex-5065, actual Heart of Georgia Railroad HOG 2125

2125 is definitely of Norfolk Southern origin. This looks like it was a high hood unit as you can see the weld line where the high hood section was cut out, along with the emblem having been cut through.

The MP15's are also ex-NS, originally Southern.
