Posted by John Westfield on January 31, 2018  Is the lead Geep a rebuild? Posted by Kevin Burkholder on February 1, 2018  It was built as Penn Central GP38 7791 and later to Ann Arbor, same number. Rebuilt to Dash 3 by CAD in Lachine, Quebec.
