Who is the former owner of the trackage the I&O is operating on?

The I&O is coming off of the former NYC, crossing over the B&O, and headed onto what I believe is B&O trackage towards Queensgate Yard. The crossing at the diamond was a former B&O interlocking, as can be seen by the CPL signals. Interestingly, the signal the train passes to enter the interlocking is controlled by a CPL dwarf in its current (north/east) direction of travel, but the signal is a dwarf searchlight for south/westbound movements, obviously showing the dual heritage in this area.

Back in 1966 I worked the B&O's Operator position at Storrs Jct as well as the Switchtender's position at what was known as 8th Street. Storrs Jct governed the entry from B&O St. Louis Div. to Cincinnati Terminal and CUT; switches were handled by a trainman switchtender that was controlled by the Operator. Would watch the Southern Rwy yard transfer 'dragging' to the NYC yard that was West of Storrs Jct. Switchtender at 8th Steet handled all the hand throw switches on the leads that lead to Brighton Yard, Mill Creek Yard and Yard A and also a small industrial yard - all of which ceased to exist with the creation of Queensgate. The 8th Street switctender recieved instruction from the Operator at Cincinnati Jct.

That almost looks like a model railway.
