Posted by Marty Bernard on September 18, 2008  This was actually a BN engine at the time. It is ex-CB&Q 9948A. CB&Q 9948B became BN 9954. The renumbering of the CB&Q units was complicated and about 20 units were renumbered a second time when rebuilt. Excellent shot!
