I-40 near Winslow, Arizona is one of my favorite places to watch trains while I am driving my truck since the tracks and roadway are parallel for several, several miles. I can keep pace with them at 70 mph with my old 237 HP '77 Mack R-Model. What is fun is sometimes the engineer and myself exchange horn blasts. Of course, I lose that one in terms of noise!
