The restoration of this locomotive is an exciting development, hope they put the old war bonnet paint job on it.

The Question Here is .. Does either The N.Y. & L.E. RR, W. N. Y. & P. RR or Doyle McCormick's Shop Crews know about this one? Thank You Nelson Acosta for Sharing your photograph with us.

The NKP 190 webside is currently inoperative but it discussed Doyle arranging for two PA1 car bodies to be brought back from Mexico. He got an engine from a retired BC Railway Alco and trucks from a C-Liner for his locomotive. Aside from the scarce trucks this unit appears pretty stripped. So far the workers have fabricated a new nose door and repaired the pilot.

Thanks for this wonderful shot Nelson. I am so happy to see this PA being restored.
