I wonder where that tender came from. I'm not a GTW expert, but that tender doesn't seem to fit right, and I believe their bigger engines had Vanderbilt tenders.

I could be wrong. I have another shot of it here that shows the roundhouse. Based on another image I found on line showing that roundhouse I'm thinking Indy. Again, I could be mistaken and any correction is appreciated!
