How much thrust would it take to get that flat airborne?

It's an easy mistake to make, but that's not a future Delta 737. Boeing paints their "line number" on the sides of aircraft under contraction (like a serial number) and once they are delivered they are issued a registration number (like a license plate) from their given country. Boeing line number 3742 is now Shandong Airlines registration B-5593 and flying in China. Meanwhile Delta's 737 with US registration N3742C was Boeing line number 755 and was delivered in 2001, long before this photo was taken. Cheers!

Another Av Geek here. Excellent shot mate. :) It does appear that the Boeing 737-832 airframe n/s 3742 is a Delta frame.. but with early service since 2001 : https://www.jetphotos.com/info/737NG-30835 its CN/MSN is 30835 Still what a fantastic capture! I have yet to see a train with Boeing loads
