By the presence of twin Roots blowers and dual exhausts, they look like 567s - likely the C variant due to round air and crankcase covers which would indicate GP9 or similar. They are definitely not from SD40-2s whose 645-E3 engines would have an exhaust driven turbocharger feeding a single stack.
