Very creative. Left his signature mark. And was able to mask around all the important RR car marks.

I believe if the RRs allowed these guys to paint the cars with their own paint as many do, then the graffiti artists wouldn't ruin as many cars. It would be an improvement even though it is still illegal.

It is also very dangerous to do. What if the train starts moving when someone is trying to paint the cars?
