Those are both former CSX units, lead unit being patched from its Conrail number.

And actually (built as) a C36-7, not a C30-7. Conrail's (original) C30-7s are easy to spot, since they had the "headlight blanks" on the nose. The Conrail C36-7 and C30-7a (12 cylinder version of the C30-7) GEs did not.
