The two folded sections don't look long enough to join up. Is there a middle section railed in?

There are three sections. One on the right side, lifted and withdrawn on the track. One on the left side, lifted and withdrawn on the track, and the third, yellow part folded down will be the middle. You can see a picture of the bridge here: http://www.railpictures.net/photo/410860/

@Carl the yellow lined piece you see on the left is the center section.
