This area looks like it has been cleaned up a little bit since the last time I was in Baltimore... I remember blocks and blocks of abandoned, burned out, junkie infested row houses immediately behind the station. I also see that stupid giant man sculpture is still there.

I remember Penn Station from the 1950's when I use to help my father take boxes to the Railway Express station on the ground floor. The Chesapeake Restaurant was just up the street.
