Love the subtle irony in that shot. - Did the crew feed the parking meter when they stopped there?

Nice night photo. This area has really changed over the last 10 years. This engine is ex Southern Pacific 2692. Other work engines that I have seen in the area are JPBX 503 and former SP GP 9's 3833 and 3842.
