The FEC sure has changed since I lived in Fla. in the 60's.

I once shot FRA Test Car #217 on the NECR in St. Albans, VT. In the summer, I believe as the sun was going down. I was tipped off to this little gem via the scanner. The amount of mosquito bites I got was horrendous, yet the FRA and the NECR gave me the permission to be on the property to take those shots while being eaten alive. Needless to say, my skin was itchy for a couple of days.
