That is the CSX stealth scheme, it's nothing more then the CSX scheme without the lettering and the orange striping. CSS got these when CSX was trying to drop the passenger service and possibly sell the freight railroad. CSX could pull the locomotives back and slap the colors on and they would have been CSX locomotives a new. They were even so naive they got them with no plows in Northern Indiana around the lake.
