Necessity is the mother of invention. Not pretty, but it's great to see electric freight hanging on in small pockets of the south-west.

It looks darn pretty to me. That's quite a retro-fit with all the railing and raised pans that favor one direction of travel. I'd be curious what prompted these modifications.
