I noticed that CN 903 on the dock approach is a former B&LE unit. Are they re-painting all the B&LE tunnel motors now?

A few have been repainted but a number remain orange including four (904, 906, 907, 909) assigned to northern Minnesota.

Nice capture of action in Duluth! In spite of all the changes, this is still a great place to watch railroading in action.
