Sorry but that is not a Heritage livery, it is a corporate livery of a company (FirstGroup Plc) who are using "Great Western Railway" as a marketing brand name. The Class 47s (nor those that were rebuilt into class 57s) never carried the livery depicted, nor did any British Rail era locomotive for that matter!

I agree no 47s or 57 s ever wore GWR livery however to me this is a "Heritage" livery in that it is a homage to the former GWR and unique ( similar to the North American locks now painted in various Heritage colours which are too new to have ever worn the original livery).
