This is an ex-German Railroads (east) MOW unit to maintain the overhead catenaries! Built in 1968 by VEB Goerlitz as DR(east) 188 205, later re-numbered into 708 205, it is 80km/h fast, weighs 45 mtons. Would be interesting to learn, when and how it was brought to Thailand - maybe through Siemens?
