Posted by Craig Walker on October 4, 2007  Kansas City Southern 637 is the very first of 3952 SD40-2s built by EMD (4296 units, if one also includes the SD40T-2, SD40-2SS and SD40-2F models as well). KCS 637 should be preserved in a museum when the KCS retires it.
