A matching Amtrak consist... Even after 40+ years, it's still a rare sight. It's more amusing than anything else, I suppose. But it does seem to be getting out of hand, with even the Talgos and Amtrak California trainsets rarely being fully matched these days. And there are no signs of unity returning anytime soon, with Phase III's half-hearted comeback making things even more of a hodge-podge...
