When I chased this train out of Wenatchee, I had no idea it would end up like this. I thought it would be too short, then the power showed up on the bridge and I worried it would be too long. Thank goodness for zoom lenses. From where I was standing this train was just right. An empty coal train would have been too long. Then there is the luck factor in catching it at the right time of day, totally random on these trains.
