This looks like the setup to a State Farm ad. Lucky that no one was in the vehicle when it fell, and that no trains ran into it.

Played in Google and found that the accident happened when a car traveling on road suffered failure of its brakes, as determined by the Police. And it was further not the driver's lucky day when he was found to be without a valid license.

As far as I can tell, there doesn't seem to be a she involved,
