Nice photo of the WofA 708. Looks like the nose has a coat of fresh paint. Looking at the cut lever and what appears to be foot boards on the front of the loco, I believe this photo may be earlier than 1981.

You are absolutely right. The photo was made in January 1975, jut two months after 708's November 1974 delivery.
