It would be interesting to know more about the bogie suspension, especially the apparently circular assembly, a rubber spring sandwich?, in center where bolster probably is.

@FSWood: Based on the very limited amount of information I could find here, they're pneumatic, bolsterless bogies. Siemens has a specialized plant for their manufacture in Aurangabad.
