Somewhat UNUSUAL to have both "pans" raised at the same time. This was sometimes done when operating under ice-coated wire, but unusual in warm weather.

Amazing to think that this unit was cut into 3 pieces, shipped to Altoona, and reassembled. And then became one of the last G's to run to boot!
