Very rare picture here. I had seen many Metroliner sets pulled by Gs back in this era. This is the first instance of the motor coupled to the B end of the Metroliner. They usually operated in pairs back-to-back. Once in a blue moon they would run as a trio.

I've found Mr. Kise to be the king of capturing "once-in-a-blue-moon" moments under wires that are and that were. Yet another gem comes to light.
