Posted by Rich Brown on October 30, 2015  It would be really NICE to get that ex-NJ Transit (PROBABLY ex-SOUTHERN) E unit up and running again. As I recall it was mostly the ex-Southern units that got the quasi-Coast Guard "White with Stripe" paint scheme.
