Looks more like four MC GEs and one D&H GE, no? Don't think MC GEs got painted into lightning stripe scheme even in the GTI years.

GTI never painted anything in the lightning stripe scheme, but they did reassign a lot of predecessor road's power. The D&H U23B's were reassigned to the MEC, and two of them are shown here with three ex-RI U25B's. For a better view of a lightning stripe MEC U23B, see photo 523984.
