I don't know how many will see this but...it appears this engine (like others I've seen) has blue HID-lit number boards and incandescent headlights. Apart from a piece of equipment I saw (briefly) from a distance in Springfield, IL last year (and I couldn't tell if this was a locomotive or track maintenance equipment), I've never seen a locomotive with blue high-intensity headlights. Are these simply not as visible during daylight as incandescent ones are?
