It was a long and hard 14-some years dealing with Conrail blue thrown into Thoroughbred lash-ups. To me, it was similar to a baby's vomit on a fresh waxed black car. I am sure glad it's all over with, and that NS is back in solid black besides the heritage units that were voluntarily painted. NS today is like the NS of my childhood. Black.
