What an incredibale shot. So much going on there. The U50 and U50c's were just cool. Too bad noboby thought to save even 1.

I think the one on the back is a U50C, after all. It has the "UNION PACIFIC" across the whole nose (not stacked like on the U50). Plus, although it's hard to be sure, looks like white number boards.

The original full size scan shows the large fuel tank and middle radiator. Also visible is the railings along side the nose door. It's a U50C. Coming eventually, both types of units in the same lash up.
