At least one of these GP-9s should go to the North Carolina Transportation Museum. They've got a passenger GP-9 and a GP30 in N&W paint, but another GP-9 wouldn't hurt.

It's the Virginia Museum of Transportation that has the passenger N&W GP9 and a N&W GP30. The North Carolina Transportation Museum has a freight N&W GP9 disguised as a passenger unit and the GP30 they have is a former Southern Railway.

Nice shot and thank you for sharing. Both the 686 and 859 went to the Naugatuck Railroad Company (NAUG) and got snazzy paint jobs.
