Wow! Looks a lot better now than in other photos I've seen of it. Good to see this unusual, but cool, locomotive(?) restored.

The restoration was a cosmetic one, though it's rumored that air was pumped into the cylinders and it began to huff and chuff. For a quick look at the "Black Diamond" at the Museum of Transportation before the restoration, click here.
