Posted by Nelson Lawry on April 23, 2020  Although the location for this October 1986 image is given as Oakland, New York, in actuality the coal tower stands in Oakland, Pennsylvania (not too far south of the state line). Thus a search using the correct Oakland, PA, misses the photo.
