Interesting - SEPTA commuter trains adopted red, white and blue colors on older Reading and PRR equipment early on but it took some years before the paint returned in the form of a striping decal which was later applied to the newer stainless steel Silverliners. We can all hope the look returns to the rest of Chicago's fleet. Nice shot, Kevin.
