Looks like the day it was built except for the lack of radiator and cooling fans!

Since it is in primer it seems like the rebuild is done. It has radio control capability but no diesel engine. It's hard to tell if it is battery powered or is a slug.

The engine was ideling while it sat there and I swear it sounded like a diesel truck.

If you look at the roof, there are 2 small exhaust vents there, similar to the kind used on a genset. Also, the gensets I've been around tend to SOUND like gensets, so I'm gonna guess that is what this thing is, albeit in a GP9 carbody.

Undecorated/no dynamic brakes!

The dynamic brakes on most of the GP9s I've seen have been disabled. I'm not 100% sure why.
