There's some talk, though no confirmation on whether or not Kennecott will actually do it, that the company may re-grade for rail service to the mine. The last I heard was they were hoping to up production, and ideally have rail service for ore trains to serve as a backup to their existing current system. With everything looking to be in place by 2018.
