They can wye the power at Doswell since there are tracks that lead from the small yard on the RF&P to the former C&O yard on one of the BBRR main. On the other side, is a connector track that allows eastbound traffic to join the RF&P sub. It would take cooperation between BBRR and the BD desk but it could be done.

I know they can Wye it down there, but he was up here in Fredericksburg after coming off the Sealston Branch.
